Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
The goods are delivered worldwide .
Shipping costs (including VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat rate of €3.95 per order for shipping costs.
From We deliver free shipping for an order value of €50.00.
Delivery abroad:
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:
Austria: €6.95
Switzerland: €7.95
International: €14.95
Delivery times
For goods designed individually according to customer requirements, the correction template is created within 3-7 working days after conclusion of the contract and execution of the design work and the delivery of the goods within 3-7 working days after approval of the correction template (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.
Unless any other deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3-7 working days, and for deliveries abroad within 10-14 working days after conclusion of the contract (at agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. The delivery time in this case is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
