1. How long does it take to receive my order?

Our delivery time is 3-7 working days.

Depending on the product and location, the delivery time may also vary.

After we have shipped your package, you will receive an email with the tracking.

The delivery time may also be delayed at special events with high order volumes.

 

2. What about the return policy?

You can cancel your order within 14 days after it arrives.

IMPORTANT Every order/cancellation must be announced by email, otherwise it is not possible to determine when the cancellation took place.

This means that you should only return your goods if you have contacted us beforehand.

We can only take back new, unwashed and undamaged goods.

This also means that we cannot take back any goods that have been damaged due to incorrect handling, for example when washing.

 

3. How does the return work?

Contact us by email info@noblecat.de using the online form in "Contact" and let us know that and why you would like to return your order.

We will then provide you with all the information you need.

The costs for return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.

After we receive the goods, you will receive a refund within 14 days, provided the items are not affected by the products mentioned above.

Keep your return receipt that you receive from your post office until the return is completed.

IMPORTANT: Please do not respond to the automated order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails as they may not arrive.

4. Can I exchange my items if my size doesn't fit?

Yes, an exchange due to size is possible.

The same process takes place here as with a return.

After we receive your return, we will send you the appropriate size.

 

5. I have not received an order confirmation.

This can be sent delayed up to 24 hours.

Please check your spam folder to see if it is in there.

If you still haven't received a confirmation after 24 hours, contact our customer support info@noblecat.de

 

5. Can I cancel or modify an order or change the address?

Yes, we can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been received into our production.

Changes to placed orders are no longer possible.

A change to the address is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
